Weekend and Evening Events & Activities at Rama
Super Saturdays
About Super Saturdays (March 2026 to January 2027)
Supported by the National Lottery Community Fund, these weekend sessions are for young people who may identify as neurodivergent, have Special Educational Needs or Disabilities, be experiencing low mental health or wellbeing, or who have another reason why a larger mainstream group provision may not feel suitable.
Group size and support (Drop-Off Sessions)
Drop-Off sessions take place in small groups of up to 8 young people, supported by experienced and welcoming staff. They are designed for young people able to take part in a group setting without ongoing 1:1 support and who can follow adult guidance within the session.
Family Sessions
Some Super Saturday sessions will be family sessions, where parents or carers attend alongside their child. These sessions are open to a wider range of SEND needs, as families remain responsible for supporting their child during the session.
To help ensure the sessions are safe and enjoyable for everyone, these sessions are designed for children who are able to stay safe within the space with the support of their parent or carer.
Booking
Session dates will be released in batches to help give as many families as possible the opportunity to book.
Family sessions are booked through “Bookwhen” and drop-off sessions through “Magic Booking”. The booking link for each activity will take you to the corresponding booking system.
Fully funded sessions will also be available through school referral for families in receipt of pupil premium. If you haven’t heard from your school about this opportunity, are home educating, or if you are unsure whether we can meet your child’s needs, please feel free to get in touch.
