Dedicated Activity Site
Phoenix is the name of our dedicated site, where we run activities and groups. It is located on the rural outskirts of South Petherton, Moor Lane, TA13 5JQ (what three words: fountain.stereos.merge). We have created a unique community facility, which will offer three styles of session:
– Rama Life run sessions:
Toddlers, Youth Club, Life Skills, Bushcraft, Art, Home Ed and more.
– Facilitated sessions for community groups (Guides, WI, Youth Clubs, Scouts etc)
Archery, Teambuilding games, Outdoor cooking, Campfires…
– Site and/or equipment hire for community groups (as above)
Book in for a couple of hours or a day and enjoy exclusive use of the field, campfire area and self-run activities.
The site is only accessible on a pre-booked basis. If you have any questions or would like to visit the site before booking, please get in touch.
Expected Starting Date: July 2022

Phoenix – about the name.
It can be easy to feel that “we are who we are” and that there is no possibility of change or development or that we have made choices that we feel we cannot move on from.
The Phoenix bird is associated with the idea of regeneration. That we can experience adversity or feelings of failure and rise up, make changes and move forward.
Rama Life promote lifelong learning, self-development, self-reflection and that every ‘failure’ is an opportunity for progression.

Field and Growing Zone
Explore our site as part of one of our groups, where we offer space to relax, learn, decompress or socialise. There is always something to do!
Venture onto a skill session such as archery, bushcraft, campcraft, gardening, art or sport.
Gather with your existing group or team, to access the space for your own activities or book on for team-building, skill sessions or evening campfires.
Engage with the project, the land or the community, by helping tend the garden, offering basic maintenance skills or volunteering with a youth group.
